Once the inspection has taken place, your report will be with you in 4-5 working days as standard, but let us know if you need it sooner!

After you have read it, we have a telephone call, usually 30-45mins is enough, to get you started. If you need a second, third or fourth call, I assure you that's ok too!

How much will a survey cost?
Well, flat surveys start from £399.00, up to £599.00, and house surveys, from £525.00, to £825.00 max.
All our prices are the total you pay, with no VAT payable.
